Refund Policy

A payment of €250 unlocks your personalised Transformation Readiness Assessment™ report and one 30-minute debrief call with Alice. Both are delivered digitally and immediately after payment.

Because the report is generated and released to you the moment payment completes, the purchase is final and non-refundable once your results have been unlocked. This is a business-to-business digital service; the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

We refund in full, without discussion, if:

— you were charged twice for the same assessment;
— a technical fault prevented your results from being delivered and we could not fix it;
— you were charged but never completed an assessment.

The debrief call can be rescheduled freely through the booking link. If Alice needs to move a confirmed call and no alternative slot works for you within three months, you can request a partial refund of €125 covering the debrief portion.

Email hello@alba-strategy.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your results link. We respond within five working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe within 5–10 working days.
