This website is operated by ALBA Strategic Advisory, established in Brussels, Belgium ("ALBA", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@alba-strategy.com. Our company registration and VAT number are shown on every invoice we issue.

These terms apply to your use of this website, to the download of the CEO Transformation Playbook, and to the purchase of the Transformation Readiness Assessment™ results and debrief. Separate written engagement letters govern our advisory assignments and prevail over these terms where they conflict.

Our digital products and services are offered to organisations and to professionals acting in a business capacity. They are not aimed at consumers. By purchasing, you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business or in a professional capacity.

The assessment is a self-reported diagnostic. Completing it is free. A payment of €250 unlocks your personalised results report and entitles you to one 30-minute debrief call with Alice, to be booked through the link provided with your results.

The debrief must be booked within three months of purchase. Results are delivered by email and remain available at your personal results link.

Prices are shown in euro. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and, where relevant, your VAT status. A receipt is issued by email on payment.

Our materials, scores and debriefs are professional opinions intended to support your decision-making. They are not legal, financial, tax or audit advice, and they do not guarantee any particular business outcome. Decisions taken on the basis of our materials remain your responsibility.

The ALBA Framework, the Transformation Readiness Assessment™, the CEO Transformation Playbook and all site content remain our intellectual property. You may use them internally within your organisation. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them externally without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law. Our total liability arising from a digital product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
